After 21 years of experience in education, I am so excited to be joining the Mount Olive Intermediate School team! I am passionate about student success and building strong relationships. I am committed to our vision statement to support all parents, teachers, students, and community members as we work together to become the best school district in the state of Alabama while preparing students for future success in school, career, and life.

In my 19th year of experience in education, I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal of our Mt. Olive Intermediate School community. In addition to my time serving as the Assistant Principal at MOIS, my educational journey includes 13 years as a classroom teacher and four years as an instructional coach. These experiences have shaped my commitment to fostering academic excellence and supporting the growth of both students and educators.

I firmly believe that every child deserves a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where they are encouraged to reach their fullest potential. I prioritize investing time in building meaningful relationships and providing support for our students, faculty, and staff while cultivating a positive school climate and culture. Through collaboration, open communication, and a shared commitment to excellence, I strive to ensure that every member of our school community feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
